Translink Corporate Finance in Sweden and Norway acted as financial advisor to Sertion, a portfolio company of Consolid Equity, in connection with the acquisition of Ofoten Rør AS.

Ofoten Rør is a well-established HVAC contractor in Narvik with more than 40 years of experience, strong technical expertise, and a broad customer base across both private and commercial segments.

The acquisition supports Sertion’s ambitious growth strategy in the Nordics and Northern Europe, where the group is building a leading position within HVAC, technical infrastructure, and industrial piping.

This marks Sertion’s sixth acquisition with Translink as advisor. More to come…
