Translink Corporate Finance advised Revivo Group AB, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, on the acquisition of Solidenergy AS

Solidenergy is a leading provider of surface treatment services, with more than 50 years of history in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Agotnes outside Bergen, employing approximately 600 people. Solidenergy’s current management team will continue to run the business as part of Revivo Group.

Revivo Group AB is a Sweden-based industrial group focused on surface treatment services, including blasting, industrial coating, and fire protection for critical infrastructure, industrial facilities, buildings, and the maritime sector. The company is a portfolio company of Helix Kapital and serves as a platform for consolidating surface treatment businesses across the Nordic region.

The acquisition establishes Revivo Group in the Norwegian market and creates a platform for continued expansion in offering protective coatings and surface services for critical infrastructure. The Norwegian market is characterised by strong activity within energy, offshore, and infrastructure, sectors that are exposed to technically demanding and harsh environments.
