History

As one of the first investment banking boutiques executing cross-border M&A between Europe and the US, Translink Corporate Finance has been a leader in the field since 1972.

Translink Corporate Finance Norway was founded in 2009 by Leif Larsen under the name Synergos AS, and has since assisted numerous Norwegian and international companies with transactions across industries and borders. We have been part of Translink Corporate Finance since 2010.
