Translink Corporate Finance advised Sertion, a portfolio company of Consolid Equity, on its acquisition of Bryne Rør AS

Founded in 1965, Bryne Rør has extensive experience in installation, project delivery and service within HVAC and technical piping systems. Since its inception, the company has built a strong business with a clear focus on quality, customer relationships and technical expertise. The company is well established in Norway and holds a strong market position in the Jæren region.

Sertion is a Nordic group of expert companies specialising in pipe and plumbing installations, founded in 2024. Since its inception, Sertion has pursued an ambitious growth strategy aimed at building a strong market position in the Nordic region and Northern Europe, with the goal of becoming a leading international partner in infrastructure and piping systems.
